KidoNames provides a platform for discovering baby names with origins, meanings, and cultural significance. Our features include name search and exploration, an AI-powered name generator, Born Today personalities, a cultural blog, birthday reminders, and (for subscribed users) enhanced functionality such as additional AI generations and ad-free browsing.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

You may use certain features without an account. To access account-based features, you must register. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service; if you are under 18, you represent that you have parental consent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Use the Service to harm, harass, or intimidate others

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Name meanings, cultural content, and AI-generated suggestions are for informational purposes only; we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KidoNames and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars (USD 100), whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KidoNames and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 9, 10, and 11) will survive.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where prohibited.
